All returns, replacements and exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

RMA Request

To obtain an RMA number, you must first log onto your account. On the account page under "previous orders," your last three orders will be displayed. You may view all previous purchases under "My Orders."

Select "View" next to the order containing the product you wish to return. Your product will be listed under "Products" in the order history page. Click on "Need to return this product?," follow the directions and click "Submit." You will be able view your RMA number and print the RMA packing slip that must be included in your returned package.

A restocking fee may be applied; please read the following disclaimer.

Restocking fee

A 10% restocking fee may be applied to your return. Restocking fees are applied to all returns, except damaged, faulty or incorrect items shipped.

Replacement

You may request a product replacement within 10 days of the order's ship date for any of the following reasons:

1. The item received is the wrong item
2. The item received is faulty (faulty zipper, buttons or other fuctional related items)
3. The item received is damaged

Once you have requested and received your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, you will be notified of the status of your request via email in 3 – 5 business days. Once approved, you may send the product back in its original packaging and with RMA packing slip.

Please note: You may obtain the RMA packing slip from your account page. It is not the invoice or original packing slip that came with your product.

If the product your are returning is damaged, faulty or the wrong item you may be exempt from the restocking fee.

Exchange

After your return has been processed, you will be notified via email that a gustto.com store voucher for the purchase price of your product, excluding shipping and handling, has been applied to your account. The total on your account can be viewed on your account page after logging into the gustto.com website. You may use store credit in one of two ways:

1. The amount credited will be automatically applied to your next online purchase. Any remaining balance will require a credit card payment.

2. All or some of your credit may be used as a gift voucher and the funds transferred as a gift.

Refund

You may return your unopened, original-condition product for a refund within 10 days of the order's ship date. (If you discover that the item is defective after opening the package, we will send you a replacement; please see "Replacement" above). Refunds will be in the amount of the item purchase price, excluding shipping & handling. We will not accept requests for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for any reason other than those listed above.
